Complete Review of HTC Sensation

Build and Looks
The first thing that pass in mind when you see the HTC Sensation will be the word �stylish'. Perhaps, it�s not the most good-looking handset in the world, it looks very much like the Desire S and that Flyer, but it�s certainly well-built and as a result of its Desire-esque shape it�s also pretty pocketable too.

Sensation
The device dimension 126. 1x65. 4x11. 3mm and weighs in at a bit hefty 148g, that's 16g lighter than the actual HTC Desire HD, but still a small amount heavier when compared for the likes of the Universe S2 (116g).

As we said, the overall feel of the device is just like HTC Desire. One interesting addition of which HTC has included around the Sensation is the ability to easily pop your entire back panel off. Sense 3.0
Obviously, another big USP around the Sensation is that it�s the very first smartphone to launch with HTC�s brand new � and seriously graphics-heavy � Sense UI. It�s largely a cosmetic update, but HTC has put in some useful functionality too.

For starters, you are now able to preload 4 apps for the lock screen for immediate access � we experienced Messaging, Email, Twitter in addition to Browser. Display

Battery
One of our biggest fears for any HTC Sensation was which it�d be another HTC Desire HD, which was a good looking well specced phone for the time, but one using a battery life so bad you will discover very few polite thoughts to describe it.

HTC assured us this wouldn�t be the case with all the HTC Sensation. This time period round, the Sensation packs Li-Ion 1520 mAh battery pack and during testing all of us managed to eek only under two days out of your device off a single charge.

It�s highly effective, solid in the give, has a gorgeous display which is packed full of beneficial functionality and features from HTC�s Sense UI.

However, if you�ve got your heart set using a HTC device and you�re in search of an upgrade, but were unimpressed when using the Desire S and Incredible S, the HTC Sensation will be one for you. During this respect, the Sensation is often a true successor to the first Desire�s crown as HTC�s best device to date.
